The ENSV has three research laboratories, each managed by a laboratory director and a laboratory council:
- The Animal Health and Production “SPA” laboratory: accredited in 2006 and composed of 6 research teams.
- The Food Hygiene and Quality Assurance System “HASAQ” laboratory: accredited in 2011 and composed of 4 research teams.
- Laboratory for the Management of Local Animal Resources “GRAL” approved in 2016 and composed of four research teams.
