Opening Days: From Sunday to Thursday.
Reception Hours: From 08:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Availability: Clinical activities are suspended during university holiday periods.
Appointment Policy
General Consultations: Free of charge and without prior appointment.
Vaccination Services: Appointment required.
Mandatory Instructions for Owners
To ensure the comfort and safety of patients, students, and staff, the following rules must be strictly observed:
Documents: Owners must present the animal’s health record or a valid, up-to-date vaccination certificate.
Dogs: Must be kept on a leash and muzzled at all times.
Cats: Must be transported in a suitable carrier to prevent escape or excessive stress.

Animals must be accompanied by adults.
